All details of the above-prescribed services and terms and conditions shall be further elaborated in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The above-prescribed services are only dedicated to one (1) single company which does not include any subsidiaries or branches.

Area of service: Within Klang Valley (outstation surcharge may apply).

Helpdesk support service only covers support via phone or email during normal business hour (Weekdays 9am-6pm not including Public Holidays).

Rescheduling: Any rescheduling requests must be made at least three (3) working days in advance and are subject to our team's availability.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee will be applicable if the booking is canceled within three (3) working days prior to the shoot date. The exact fee will be detailed in the booking confirmation.

Usage Rights: The usage rights for the content produced, including duration, geographical area, and mediums of use, will be determined through further discussion and mutual agreement between all parties involved.

Travel and Accommodation: If the shoot location requires travel, additional charges for travel and accommodation will be applicable. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all terms and conditions of the engagement confidential and not to disclose any information without prior consent.

Liability: Digitalee Marketing Sdn Bhd is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the period in which services are provided.

Client Conduct: Clients are expected to treat our representative including but not limited to our staff, agent and talent with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for any delays or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

Photo, Video and/or Drone Video Shooting Services: 100% Down Payment.

Price validity: Please refer to "Valid Till" above

Project Kick-Off: The kick-off meeting shall be held within one (1) week upon receiving the Down Payment from the Client (subject to the Client's availability)
